The Union of Commercial and Food Workers Somalia (UCFW Somalia) is a dedicated labor union representing and advocating for workers in Somalia’s commercial, food, and service sectors. Our mission is to protect workers’ rights, improve labor conditions, and empower employees to achieve a better quality of life,
We fight for fair wages, job security, safe workplaces, and equal opportunities, ensuring that workers in Somalia are treated with dignity and respect. Through advocacy, negotiations, and collective action, we create meaningful change that benefits thousands of workers across the country.
